Fans of Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, and The Wolf of Wall Street rejoice! It has just been announced that the two will be teaming up again to star in an upcoming film that will adapt Richard Jewell's story about being falsely accused of the 1996 Atlantic Bombing.
The two will not only be co-starring in the film, but they are also both producers for this upcoming drama. As many may remember, DiCaprio and Hill made for an infectiously perfect dynamic duo in Scorsese's latest cinematic masterpiece, The Wolf of Wall Street, so seeing them team up again is certainly something to get excited about.
According to Variety, the film will be based on an article written for Vanity Fair. "The article follows a security guard who reported on the knapsack bomb at the 1996 summer Olympics and helped clear bystanders - only to find himself vilified and suspected of being involved in the terrorism plot. Hill will play Jewell and DiCaprio will play the lawyer out to clear his name."
As of right now, there are no writers or directors attached to the untitled film, but it is still a project to look forward to in the future.
